Appointments are necessary. Same-day appointments are available sometimes, so please call us to inquire about scheduling. Scheduled appointments will have priority.

Please respect our time. We do not require immediate pickup after grooming but you must pick-up by closing time or there will be a late fee. We do not do overnight boarding but can refer you to someone. If you are not able to make your appointment, please call ahead of time.  Our time is scheduled according to appointment. There will be a no-show charge that will be added to your next appointment if you do not call.

We require proof of vaccinations or blood titers. Exceptions will be made if your pet has a health condition or is elderly and cannot receive vaccinations. This is for the safety of your pet and the other pets in our care. We do not require rabies for puppies under 6 months.

Our facility is open, so you can see the bathing and grooming process. No back rooms. We do not allow pet parents to stay with their pets unless previously discussed.

We do not accept pets with known fleas or ticks. Please use monthly flea and tick treatments.
